2. Description of Service
KodServe provides cloud-based restaurant management including:
•Point of Sale (POS) system
•Order management and tracking
•Table management and reservations
•Analytics and reporting
•Mobile applications
•Customer engagement tools
3. Account Registration
•Register with accurate, complete information
•Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
•Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
•Accept responsibility for all account activities
•Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
4. Payment Terms
•Subscription fees billed in advance monthly or annually
•All fees non-refundable except per Refund Policy
•Pricing may change with 30 days notice
•Failed payments may result in service suspension
•You are responsible for all applicable taxes
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
•Use the service for unlawful purposes
•Interfere with security or integrity
•Transmit viruses or malicious code
•Attempt unauthorized access
•Resell or redistribute without authorization
•Use automated tools to scrape data
6. Intellectual Property
•All content owned by KodServe and protected by law
•KodServe name and logo are our trademarks
•No copying or distribution without permission
•Your data remains your property
7. Limitation of Liability
KodServe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid in preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law
Terms governed by laws of India. Disputes resolved in courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. Contact us first to resolve amicably.
